Ok...I went through all of the "read first" directions and I still have problems. My spyware had previously deleted some trojans, but it didn't help the slowness of the internet. I had a read a previous thread with someone with the exact same "dog in a pen" problem and I tried following the same steps, but it didn't work for my computer.

    Hi Kbrown00,
A dog in his pen is a stubborn entry and sometimes there are things preventing it from being removed. Please post the logs you got when you did the scans in the READ & RUN ME. That should be the log for Combofix, the MGlogs.zip and the log for either AVG Antispyware (if it produced one) or for SUPERAntiSpyware which just replaced AVG Antispyware.
    Thanks.

Ok..here are files that were generated. No log was generated through the Spy bot S&D. Not sure if I did this right...forgive my computer illiteracy.

    Thanks.

Doing this could break your computer. All fixes are taylor made for each person and their PC.

You don't need to attach the HijackThis log or any other logs from the C:\MGtools folder. You need to attach what we requested in the READ & RUN ME which is the C:\MGlogs.zip file. We also do not request a log from Spybot as we do not normally need them.

Also you need to run and attach the log from SUPERAntispyware as requested in the READ & RUN ME.

And then you also need to uninstall Viewpoint Manager as requested in step 1 of the READ ME.
Also if you have SpyHunter installed, uninstall it too.

Now Disable Spybot's TeaTimer as requested in the READ & RUN ME
    • Run Spybot and click Mode
    • Select Advanced Mode.
    • Then click Tools and select Resident.
    • Now in the right window pane, uncheck TeaTimer.
    • Also while this is open, in the left column now select IE Tweaks
    • and then in the right pane make sure all the Miscellaneous locks are unchecked.
    • Now quit Spybot!
After you complete all the above, and attach the MGlogs.zip file and the SuperAntispyware log, we will be able to start working up a fix. You have several different issues that need to be resolved.
