A few things wrong

Heres my log, I hope its enough. The problems I am experiencing are just killing this computer, the speed dropped dramatically. I have no idea how this crap is happening and I want to reformat but I share this computer with other people.

Super slow performance
constant google redirects
shell.exe
dwm.exe

I need the logs from running the rest of the scans requested in the Read and Run First instructions:
SAS
MBAM
ComboFix.

I went to that thread and followed all the instructions. I ran all the programs and I had the logs ready to go. My internet stopped working. I remember it saying that SAS might cause that and to repair the broken winsock, so I did and nothing happened.

Now that computer doesn't have internet working so I am posting from this bad laptop. If it helps, some of the things that were removed were svchosts and it said they were backdoor trojans.

I need my internet back so what do I do?

I still need those logs to see what is happening. And tell me what is going on with your internet connection. I see from your MGLogs that you have a proxy setting, which you can remove by following these instructions:
Change Proxy Settings.
