A hacker is attacking my computer. (Crazy neighbor, also poisoned my cats, software)

This neighbor is a software expert, and threatened my cat, cat is poisoned, threatened my vehicles, trucks are tire slashed, from the inside wall, where I couldn't see the slash, and too awhile to burst, which almost caused an accident, tire caught on fire. Also poisoned my trees, spit on my truck, tried to get the city on me for a home business, silent calling me at night/day/am. Is there anyway to get her off and keep her off me? I switched to mozilla, but keep seeing little pop up white windows on the bottom tool bar, and she made my printer print out embarrassing emails for my sig. other to see from my email. My emails keep getting read, as each time I come back, more of them are read. I wiped my system, after saving my pictures, but she's back on top of me again. When I run netsh firewall show state verbose = enable, there are always open ports on isass and svc host, although scans show these ports are closed, they are wide open. I ran panda scan, and it showed 5 items, from frost wire.


I also keep seeing these little white boxes, quickly appearing and disappearing at the bottom tool bar, and hearing beeps when I have the speakers on, as if someone is using the mouse remotely. She also hacked through my mcafee firewall, when I didn't have a router, and then tried to destroy the log of the attack, and wiped my cookies. She even spiked my mother in law's tires.

I am using a router, with the wireless portion disengaged. Am using avg and windows shield. Neighbor does not live in this house, but just across the street. Police don't care and we don't have enough proof. I did not understand how to attach bit defender/panda scans, as I am a relative newcomer to computers. No one but me has access to the computer. I have changed my passwords to emails but she keeps obtaining them again. The panda scan said there were two ip addresses, and should only be one on my computer. I just thought that one was the router.

 

No, I am not sure it is disabled, but the computer guy said he would install it that way. The spyware doctor is a paid version, but the trojan hunter is not and is not working anymore. Windows firewall, is all I am using software firewall. The hacker cut through my mcafee firewall before, so it didn't work either. I will run the biddefender in safe mode and try to attach it's log. I just put a pass word on my windows start up, and I don't know why the admin. is only showing in safe mode, or whether it has a pass word or how to bring it up. The guest account is disabled. I think the crazy neighbor is accessing my whole system somehow, despite the router, or she may have reset the router. I extracted some mem strings with trojan hunter and saw a router shut down command, and a request for my 2400 all in one settings, stuff I did not understand. When I scan for open ports, the scans show none, yet the isass and svchost are using ports all the time, that show open in netsh firewall show state vebose= enable.

Here is the panda scan. How do I catch this hacker? It might save my remaining pet's lives, and humiliate her enough so she moves away. I think she has a tunneler. I see another ip address on top of my ip address.

ok. I did those things. The run: command: netsh firewall show state verbose=enable shows 4 open ports, on the svchost, and iass or however it's spelled, and they don't show up as open on a port scan. I think she is stealth accessing my computer from these ports, through windows system 32. She made my printer print out emails, and I keep seeing little white boxes, zip down the bottom tool bar, and hearing mouse clicks when the speakers are on, as if I am clicking the mouse and windows are opening. Maybe this is the spyware doctor in operation, I don't know.

I ran a pareto scan and found HaxDoor and SearchCentrix, which would explain all the little white boxes and mouse clicks I've been hearing, but they did not show up on any other scanner. I knew she had key loggers on my pc. Now I don't know what to do. I bought the norton firewall, and internet security. But she cut through the mcafee and norton firewalls before. But I did not have a router then. I still think these ports should not show open. Why doesn't the router hide my ip address? I need to rescan everything now. I need to be able to log these attacks somehow, and block any uploads. Don't know how. None of these scans showed the HaxDoor. Since I removed it, the little white boxes have stopped zooming down to the bottom title bar.
