A litle help, brand new computer going popup crazy

I have searched, and yet to see something that could help me with the problem I currently have.

I JUST bought brand new computer components, and have since reinstalled Windows XP Pro SP2. I Reinstalled all my programs, that i had backed up, and were previsously scanned with McAfee.

Anyway, as soon as i jump on the net, after spending the past 3 1/2 hours getting my computer all backed up, i get some bullsh*t tripple popup window, and a program called 'TrustedAntivirus' starts to download, I quickly hit ALT+F4 to kill the process, but alas, it was too late, i was getting swamped by a ton of popups.

I had to CTRL+ALT+DEL and kill as many as i could reconize, and had 9 process that were called '17homes...something'.

While this is going on my McAfee starts going nuts telling me things are trying to install themself, so i click do not allow them, and to delete the file, and it only is giving me 'i can't delete this, check with the vendor' warnings.

So I run Ad-Aware2007, it finds a TON of maleware and trojans all of the sudden on my computer, that is now 2 hours old, and on the internet all of 3 minutes (no joke). As I run AA2007, Explore.exe keeps shutting down and restarting. So I kill off all IExplorer.exe's running, and run hijack this. I deleted a bunch of stuff from that already, however every time I run IE, I get blasted by popups, and IE becomes unresponsive.

Anyway, If i could get a little help with this, as i am at wits end and running off of no sleep (and being up for the past 28+ hours) that would be great.

Sorry for the troubles you're having. Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Be sure that you put mscofig into normal startup mode (it explains this) and when you finish, attach the resulting logs with your next post.
