A little help from dual-booting Chrome OS

I have a Dec 9 Chromium OS build from Hexxeh. Does anyone knows an up-to-date tutorial to dual-boot it with my Windows 7?(Im using a laptop without CD-ROM btw). Because I followed exactly the steps here: http://techpp.com/2011/10/11/how-to-dual-boot-chromium-os-with-windows/

But my GParted said that I cannot make more than 4 partitions so I did an Extension Partition instead, inside it is the 'ext2 C-Root' which has 2GB free space left and 'ext4 C-State' with also 2GB left (not exact but close to 2GB).

My Gparted window is like this:
***I edit this soon I forgot to screencap lol

Now, ext2(C-root) is in the /dev/sda5 and ext4(C-state) is in the /dev/sda6 which both of them is Logical Partition inside the Extended Partition(I don't know if you get me)

Then my menu.lst on the C:/ drive is like this:
    Code:
    timeout 0
    default 1
    title ChromiumOS
    root(hd0,4)
    kernel /boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/sda2 rwnoresume noswap i915.modeset=1 loglevel=1 cros_debug
    quiet
Then I reboot my system and choose Chrome OS in the boot menu.

My problem here is this: When I choose Chrome OS, it displays an error "File: grldr.mbr File may be corrupted or missing." I tried the recovery thing in Windows 7 but it does not work and chkdsk isn't helping either. What is the mistake here Im missing?
Do I have to reformat ext4 to ext3? Because when I did that, it drastically reduced the size somewhere 50MB

What!??? Chrome shouldn't be in your multi-boot menu at all.:confused Delete it from your boot menu and install it in whichever OS you want to. As to the rest, I hope a good *nix helper comes along.

Oops!:-o Sorry I missed the OS part, forget my post. I wouldn't touch that OS with a ten foot pole.

Try booting into W7's 'Recovery Console' and enter the following command:

    Code:
    bootrec /fixmbr
This should get rid of the other non-valid entries.
