A Little Lost on Fix.

    Hello its been a long time. im rusty on this topic. sorry to bug Everyone on a would be easy thing.
    next door people have two things on their pc. #1 a Site Blocking them Adult or choseing what they can do. like access to going to my space.com. online. ( she told them to take it off but they wont.) its called > cleaninter.net < and the other thing is #2 on the start/control panal /add and remove programs / uninstall WONT uninstall two things. one is> Alantis-trail by Fire.<. and the other is.> WWW11;Iwo Jima<
    :eek: I installed : Highjack this. Saw Three things related to cleaninter.net Removed them. and installed CCleaner. Ran it all. nothing.. I saw three things still on there!

    I made a copy of the Highjack log. Do You wish me to post that? or is this easy>

    Im sorry if this post is out of order. I dont know What that stuff is like > malware or what. thank you! and have a greet day! :D

    Please try to write in complete sentences and explain exactly what you are talking about. This makes no sense.

    She told who to take what off?

    May not even be a malware problem. Could be a problem with Windows Installer which would be a topic for the Software Forum.


    No we do not want HijackThis logs posted. If you suspect malware problems, then run this READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and you must be able to explain your problems more clearly in full properly puntuated sentences.

    As far as I know CleanInter.Net is not malware. It is something that you or your friend knowingly chose to install.

    My Friend Just got this computer. she is trying to remove the JUNK that is on that computer. #1 like the program called cleaninter.net . and cleaninter.net refuses to remove her from that program. and we can not remove it by useing on the start/control panal /add and remove programs / uninstall , so we are asking here how to remove it..

    #2 and on the start/control panal /add and remove programs / uninstall WONT uninstall two things. one is> Alantis-trail by Fire.<. and the other is.> WWW11;Iwo Jima< any info as to why we cant remove these ..and how TO remove them would be of great help thank you

    As already stated, if you suspect malware problems, then run this READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide We cannot help you unless you run this procedure and attach the requested logs. For all we know at the current time, you may not even be having malware problems. Running the READ ME and attaching the logs will help us determine what you status is.
