A "not about Easter" post

What's up Kids, long time no see.

For those of you who don't know me - your not important anyway... no.. wait... That was mean. Uh.. Old school. Go play. No that was mean too... but you know what? I AM mean, get over it.

Been busy as Hell. Worked for Turbotax again, and if you used it this year you know why Tech Support for it is a good way to induce suicide. But I survived... I got Hired elsewhere, so my daughter got "very sick" long enough to use up my vacation time, and when I was done, i put in my notice.

Almost made it.. but then i just couldn't take it anymore, so I left. Giving me 2 glorious weeks off before the next job begins.

So I took the opportunity to move to a nicer area. The bad news is, i live within walking distance of CP, like my kid is going to the school in his back yard, and that's like - funktastic. Hehe. Infact i speant my holiday whose name we are not mentioning, setting my daughter's room up to look nice and pretty. She's with her dad and my mom doesnt want to come over because the dog is sick - My brother fed it a whole chicken.

Other than work and moving I started seeing a new boy, who is awesome AND a geek, and a loving caring father to his own Son and super nice and plays with my daughter. Been... 4 months? So it's going nicely. I might just keep him.

But, in all honesty, I haven't been around here in so long that I have no idea what's going on. So News me - what's been happening with everyone since... oh.. about November?

• I've had many a girl troubles but the conclusion is that I'm now single
• I passed my driving test 2nd time lucky
• I......play a lot with my band most fridays!
• And we finished decorating our new house!

I think that's all......O yeh and we discovered that Halo has problems with alcohol

Nice to see the "Queen of Mean" back again! Sorry to hear about your daughter, but hope that she is better. Congrats on the new fella.

You guys, my daughter wasnt really sick, i was sucking up my vacation time cus i couldn't take it with me

Kahlyn is actually for the first time brilliantly healthy. They have her on medication to control her spiraling out of controll ADHD, and once they get it adjusted (she tried to kill her sister) she'll be doing just fine.

And i know it will work too... because I thought she was old enough NOT to play with medicine, but NOW she is - cus i freaked, because she DRANK her Methnyl, and a frantic call to 911 later, they told me she didn't drink enough to be perilous, so to watch her... she was SO stoned... but... polite, and respectful, and PATIENT...

Don't know if I want to trade my vibrant although it's an act of will not to kill her little girl for a patient, respectful, "normal" ZOMBIE... so hopefully they'll find a happy medium so she can relax but still be her, and I wont have to be institutionalized.

BLAH...

But other than THAT.. she's fine, i'm fine, things are good.

But anyone local might want to move and stay away from street facing windows, my boyfriend is teaching me to drive and i'll have a car by next month.

 

That's freaky, not because you dreamt it but because i think i did too. Or something that had to do with you very recently. Weird.

Good to you back with us, Wenchie! Also good that Kahlyn is doing well. Yep, I raised a son with A.D.H.D. and had a wife with disabilities, and it aint easy. Sorry work life is still sucky - hope that gets better.

My life this year? In between almost 24/7 work schedules, close friends getting dead in the desert, trying to look after everyone else who's gone to pieces around me, it's been pretty horrendous as well, and the year's only a third over <*sigh!>.

Seriously though, I have been thinking about coming over there at some point, I don't really know when but I'd like it to be reasonabley soon It depends whether I can get a job and scrape enough money together to get a flight over. But not till I've finished with my exams.

Once they're over I'll be done with compulsary education! Wheeee!!! Then I get to play around with Flash and Photoshop for 3 years and get a degree. Awesome

The flight would probably be about £500, I might be able to use some of my dad's air miles though I might be able to raise that.

btw, I realised what the quotation marks meant around "very sick", even if nobody else didi

Really glad to hear about the new fella. You deserve better than you've had in the past. Things have a way of working out ----- in time.

Kahlyn will settle down as she gets older (assuming you let her [get older]). hehehe.

Sounds like your life is improving, which was bound to happen eventually. Glad it's finally taking a turn for the better.

Still dealing with cancer, still on my feet and still here. Not much new in my life. Which is OK by me.
