I was following the directions in READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide, and I was about to start the actual process of running the programs. I rebooted, went into safe mode, and then I got a Out of Frequency range error or something. It works fine in normal mode, but I cant get into safe mode, Can anyone tell me how to fix it, or should i just run the programs in normal mode?

That's a hardware related issue. You either have something set within your monitor or graphics card that is not compatible in safe mode or you could be doing some over clocking???

Just run everything in normal boot mode.
