A REGSVR32/Malware problem

Greetings,

2 days ago , a problem appeared on my pc . Im guessing its from a program that was downloaded because the antivirus caught something . I ran Malware bytes and it caught the trojan which was Vundo.The thing is after it caught it , it kept showing , and i had to run nod32 and malware bytes everytime i restarted the pc.Then it stopped showing but 2 other problems started , 1 , REGSVR32.exe , everytime i start my pc it shows around 15 or 20 of them in the Task Manager's Process , but they disappear after a while and the computer starts running normally.Then we have this file : C:\Windows\Temp\BND6.tmp which is listed as Wind32/Agent.BXRF trojan , also caught by NOD32.When all this began , the " Media Player Classic " stopped working also , I tried reinstalling and installing it again but no use , always a " media player classic - home cinema has encountered a problem ... " box would appear whenever i tried to open it . But windows media player and VLC work fine.Below are some of the logs by Malware , If you need me to post any other logs , I'd gladly do. Here's a list of logs that I made , excluding one that wasnt able to be installed , the MGTools one .It gave me the Process DLL.EXE error , and when I tried to install dotnetfx , it said that " Setup could not find a drive with 4262904793 KB free disk space.Please free up some disk space and press Retry or Cancel to exit setup.
