a werid .exe????

Would any one know what dogs.exe is?

I googled it and and all i get is info on dogs!!.exe (some type of mal-ware) and MEDAL OF HONOR ALLIED ASSAULT.

Better yet whats a good source to get info like that besides Google?

It could be a malware or it could be nothing. We really need to see your logs from running our cleaning procedure ( READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide ) to know for sure.

You cannot really trust everything you read on Google or any search mechanism. You really need to see it in the context of where it is located and running from and also check the logs from a cleaning procedure. For individual file scans you could always use the below but be aware that it is not perfect either:
