A Xp pro Question !!!

okay i just upgrade to WIn98SE to XP Pro.

I did not have any choice for my new ADSL connection
did not work with win98SE.

Alot of new thing to learn,I am in windows Classic so it's easy for me.

I want to knows when i click windows explorer is they're a way to see
the folders with out clicking folder each time i found a way to go to C:\
directly is my line = %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe C:\

And for My ADSL WOW big Dif betwwen 56K.
I am downloading now around 300k a seconds (56K 4.5K)
Can everybody say faster

Is they're a place to test my broadband connections.....

explorer !!!

For my others question when you are in windows classic mode.

when you click start->program->accessories->windows explorer.

You have to click on top everytime the folder option.
Is there a way to not clicking everytime this option.
If you put a shotcut to windows explorer on your desktop if you click
properties you will see this line = %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe C:\
The C:\ is for to go directly there.

 

Another question!!!

How do you get in windows 98 mode i have some old game and i have heard
if you start in win98 mode the game will run...

I have windows XP PRO.

 

Specifically which games are you refering to? Are you saying since you upgraded to windows XP pro they no longer work?

Okay thank you KAULA for that compatibility thing .... it work

CtrlAltDel : For the game is Master Of Orion 2 (1996) the game start but crash
after a few turn(freeze).But fix with what KAULA said
