Dude, you need to slow down, take a deep breath, and try that post again. I have no idea what that gibberish is that you posted above. I can discern that you want a rec for an antivirus scanner. Go to the following page for some good advice.

Also, because no single antiviral program is infallible, you might consider installing one or more stand-alone scanners in addition to whatever real-time scanner you choose. Here are IMO some good choices (I've used all of them extensively):

    Emsisoft Emergency Kit

    Sophos Virus Removal Tool
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/sophos_virus_removal_tool.html

    Malwarebyte's Anti-malware

    SUPERAntiSpyware

    Hitman Pro
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/hitman_pro.html

    ClamWin Antivirus
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/clamwin_portable.html

All have daily viral definition updates and all are free

Now as to your switch from dialup and how that relates to some button.... :confused

    Hi rabboni

If you have just changed your internet from Dialup to Broadband then you do not really need to re-download AVG if that's what you use as your anti-virus, but if the version you are using is out of date and old, then it maybe worth uninstalling what you have already and then downloading the latest version of the free AVG from HERE

ONLY have one antivirus application installed at once.

Also the following maybe worth a read as well as its a great guide to securing a PC from our resident malware expert Chaslang - How to Protect yourself from malware!

In case you have problems uninstalling AVG (Antivirus apps are notorious for not uninstalling correctly and/or fully thereby making it difficult if not impossible to install new antiviral software). AppRemover is a program that fully supports the thorough uninstallation of hundreds of antivirus and antispyware applications. The following link will take you to the MajorGeek download page for the program:

Download, install, run, and uninstall the product(s) that you are having difficulty with. Then try again to do a fresh install of the antiviral program of your choice.

I've read the aforementioned malware article again and still can't reconcile what's in the article with the statement quoted above. The article states only that one should not run more than one real-time scanner on any system, but says nothing about running an additional stand-alone scanner on the same system (after temporarily turning off the real-time scanner, if necessary). I see no reason why one could not prudently do that. The article also doesn't address the question of whether it's advisable to run a real-time antivirus scanner alongside a real-time antispyware scanner/cleaner (such as a paid version of Malwarebytes Antimalware or SUPERAntiSpyware). I also fine it ludicrous to do just one full system scan each month. YIKES
