ABC.com streaming video

    So I had heard that ABC.com was showing some of their programming off their website, but I just got a chance to see how it looks today. At work, someone was watching the Desperate Housewives finale and it loaded pretty quick. I could see myself watching Lost on it.

    What I was wondering is if someone can explain to me how it loads so quickly, but when I download short video clips in other places, it takes much longer to begin streaming (with smaller images at that)?
