    Hello

My mom was having pc issues. (Sluggish browsers and adobe flash was uninstalling itself on reboot) After running a virus scan I ran Malwarebytes. Removed threats. I also found and removed Chromium and NowYouSeeIt viewer, And OneSystem Care on her pc. I then updated her drivers and ran CC Cleaner.

After doing this all of her issues were resolved expect for Adobe Flash which doesnt install properly on her pc. It doesnt show up in the programs list, but seems to function well until she navigates away from the page that was using Flash, or she reboots the pc. Then she has to reinstall it again. Also her printer seems to have completely stopped communicating with her pc

Her PC Specs are as follows:
    Gateway sx2855 PC
    Intel Corw i3 2120@3.30Ghz
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

I have followed your Maleware guide and I am attaching the results of the scans. I was unable to download and run the Kapersky program. (Attempted to upload the file that I got when I tried to download but could not as site said it was an unacceptable file extension. I will attempt to download program to a flash drive on my pc and bring it over to Moms tomorrow. Will pose results here/)

Thank you all in advance for helping.

You can remove what Hitman found. Other than that, I am not seeing any malware in your logs. I suggest you post in the software forum for your remaining issues.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8 or 10, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
