   Hi,
   I've an about:blank problem. Explorer's been hijacked and is sent to www.theguardservices.com who try and sell me stuff. It's possible to exit the page and use explorer afterwards, but I can't remove the thing. I've followed the initial cleanup procedures and attached the bdscan and activescan txt's.
   Thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

   It looks like you have (or did have) a form of SpywareQuake. Let's make sure it is fixed by running the below. Make sure you attach the smitfiles.txt log afterwards.
