about:blank and spyware problems

Please advsise on what course of action to take from here. All standard malware procedures have not worked.

about:Buster log

Thanks for your help previously. I have run the about:Buster steps. I have not yet attempted to open IExplorer, nor have I shut down or rebooted my pc after running HiJackThis, so I do not know ifthe problem has been fixed.

Awaiting further insturctions
