    I think I followed all the instructions as directed for Read and Run Me, About Blank Special Procedures. Attached are log files. The IE homepage is now hsremove.com? The About post says to not reboot and posts logs, next? Did i miss something.

    Do you have the Bit Defender and Panda logs from the READ ME?

    I did the BD and have log, but it is on the desktop on the Administrator account I believe...should I reboot and try to attach? About instructions said not to reboot.... On the Panda, the system shut down 3 times in the middle of the scan...couldn't complete.

    Try to run the scan in Safe Mode w/ Networking if you have Cable/DSL, if you have dialup this wont work.

    I need these logs before we can continue along with a fresh HJT log.
