about:blank

When I first open up my internet I click on Internet Explorer. It then directs me to my home page which is Hughes.net. While it is loading my home page the tool bar just above the task bar at the bottom of the page tells me what is happening. It tells me that my home page is loading. For just a brief second it will say "waiting for about:blank" , then it will revert real quick to saying that it is loading my home page. Actually this is the only problem that I can see and it doesn't really bother me that much. Its just knowing that it is somewhere inside my computer that bothers me.

Also, when I run HSremover, it tells me that it has removed 8 items. I run it again and tells me it has removed 8 items. Something puts them right back on my machine.
