about read/run me first and superantispyware vs spyware doctor

Hi. I have a nasty virus/malware and a hopefully not too dumb question.

I am following the read me and run me first instructions.

And it directed me to download SuperAntiSpyware. But following those links took me to a freeware called "Spyware Doctor". I already have a software app from PC Tools called "Spyware Doctor" (a fee based version). Is it the same thing? Or do I need to download and install a different copy of something called "Spyware Doctor"?
