About to give up (Trojan Vundo, Rootkits)

hey ive tried everything i could think of. i know its the vtsqn trojan and followed everything on this site and others to get rid of it. vundofix did nothing, spyware doctor finds alot but wont get rid of it all.i also have Prevx witch doesnt even find anything but used to work for me real well. i tried a few free antivirus' but none work . i know that i got it from downloading a program. if i cant get rid of it im gunna wipe the hd and install vista
