Yes follow the procedure in that thead and attach the log (see this: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post ) that is requested to your next message. Let us know if you are still having problems after running the procedure.

 

By click the X in the top right corner of the window for whatever program you have open. You can also do this from the menu selections in the top of the window for the program. Almost all programs always have a File menu selection. And under this File menu selection there is always a Close or Exit

Did you run the program? It is right there in front of you. Just click the box with your mouse.

Your questions seem to imply that you have never used a PC at all?

 

Well based on that log you do not have Look 2 Me VX2. At least not any of the forms that the program looks for. And the ones it looks for are the ones that are the most difficult to remove.

If you still have something detecting Look 2 Me. Attach the log from that program so we can see what it is finding. Your other option is to work thru our full cleaning prodcedure which I will give below.


Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
• Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

• After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

• When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
  • Bitdefender
  • Panda Scan
  • HijackThis
