Absolut Mess.

Howdy Folks,

I know little about computers but am relatively intelligent. I tried running everything, as told to do, in the "Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal tutorial section." I ran all the scans and programs in safe mode as advised, then switched to safe mode with networking and ran the on-line scans. Due to my computer illiteracy I have no idea if I actually removed anything; however, I am fairly confident I ran the tests correctly. I have also attached the logs from hijackthis and the online scans.

ANY HELP WOULD BE EXTREMELY APPRECIATED! I do not know what questions to ask, because I don't even know what is wrong. Anything comments or requests (anymore information I could possible provide) would help greatly.

Slight addition, my problem sounds exactly, exactly, the same as xratedsoldier's problem, which can be found about 10 threads after mine
