   I am using symantec antivirus and it has found ac3ap.dll to be a trojan horse. I have tried turning off system restore and deleting the item in safemode, but nothing has worked it. No matter what I have tried windows says it cannot be removed and Symantec does virtually nothing other than says it exists. Here is a copy of a hijack this log:
