   Are you able to run the below?
   
   Now go to this MGTools and download the new version of MGtools.exe.
   Run the C:\MGTools.exe and attach the C:\MGlogs.zip
   
   I suspect you may be infected with something called cryptolocker and there is currently no known cure.
