Access Violation Error

    Hello,

    Can someone please tell me why, everytime I open and close the graphics programme Xara X1 I get the following message;

    Access Violation exception at offset 0X00404E26

    I have tried everything to remedy this problem to no avail. The programme will not work at all not matter how many re-installs I do and registry cleans etc etc etc. Thanks in anticipation,
