    Hi

Yes you can read an 32bit used hard drive in 64bit Vista, however what is the file format of the older 32bit formatted HD? You may need to take ownership of the drive if its been used as an operating system drive if you find you cannot open the files on the drive or copy them, if you find that is the case theh the steps are similar to that of XP here under not title of How to take ownership of a file
