I believe I was fooled by a Phish that looked like it was from Bank of America. It said I needed to download a Security Certificate to keep banking online. I did, and it went to my desktop. When I tried to open it, it disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.
Then the computer started doing something and was real loud. I tried to run some anti spyware and could not even open it. I followed the thread here for removing malware, downloaded the appropriate software, and I can't open it either.
I'm afraid if I go online with the bank or to pay a credit card, my info might be compromised.
    What can I do?
