    Hello

I've noticed several times that my cpu usage is consumed by a program called AccService. I have no idea what this application is or what it's doing. I've googled AccService and the only thing that I'm able to locate is something regarding IVR software.

I'm a little concerened about this and I'm hoping that someone will be able to tell me what it is and if it's a threat. I should also not that I do use Norton, seach and destroy, microsofts antispyware app, FireFox, and I'm running xp pro with sp2.

    Any input is greatlty apprectiated.

    Thanks!

    Dude?

This particular service or process of which your speaking of is usually found in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\AccService.exe" and to my knowledge its a part of the program called Active Call Center.
