Acer Revo70 Lan Driver for Win XP

Hi guys!

i've just got an Acer Revo70 which had windows 7 on it but because of the nature of my work i needed to install windows XP pro sp3 on it. everything has gone smoothly except Lan Driver. I've been all over the web to find one for xp but with no success :confused. even the acer support site has it only for 7. i was wondering if you know somewhere that i can get the Lan driver from.

What is your model ? At the case of your machine there is a sticker

also you must follow this way :wave

Start - Run type this mmc devmgmt.msc - Ok - right click to yellow device - Properties - Details - scroll down the arrow finding Hardware ids - there is a code in the box , we need it ( select all - copy - paste ) the code here

HI

As your model RL70 is not listed as a supported XP model then my best guess advice is to try the Realtek driver HERE as its the one XP Supports.

BUT make sure you have installed the Chipset driver for your PC first as this is crucial to the LAN driver being picked up and installed properly.

If you have any yellow ! marks in device manager do tell us what the are next too?
