Hi everyone. I have a question.

I have read and done everything and almost have my computer cleaned out, I hope. I still have two problems though, of which one may be causing the other.

Acez. Is this a spyware and how do I get rid of it? And second, could this be causing all of the ads that keep popping up even when no one is one the computer? I left if for like 5 minutes this morning and when I came back, there were 13 windows open. The only program I had open was word. Help!!!! While I'm here, I have included my hi jack this log... Please someone let me know....

- Download, install and update Spy Sweeper Run it once while you are in normal boot mode.

- The boot in safe mode from and run SpySweeper one more time.

Now reboot in normal mode.

Save and attach the logs from both runs.
