AcRdr32 something something? Generic packed trojan "secure" what the hell.

I got this message that popped up saying that something had been found. Then immediately after, something else was found. Then immediately following that, my desktop changed to a blue screen that says "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer." So, I'm not sure what I should do right now... I ran Spybot S&S to try and nip it early, but I'm not liking things. What should I do? I know this is very vague of a description, and I apologize for that.

Nevermind. Went digging more. Found out I had that Antivirus XP 2008 piece of crap. Ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Things seem fine now. Emphasis on the seem. These things are ridiculous.
