Active Desktop FTL..

Hey guys, Just so you know I'm not some kid who googled this place for some quick help, I've been coming to MG for several years.

Recently I let my 9 year old cousin play with my computer, Nickelodeon and all that stuff kids like, Disney Channel, etc.

Anyways, He turned off my computer like I asked him to after he was done, when I turned it back on I noticed this:

Picture of my desktop^ I googled this because as you can see mostly everything is disabled. I checked my Registry and found "ForceActiveDesktop" with a value of 1 (enabled) I disabled it, restarted, and found it was Enabled when my computer loaded up. I did a smart scan and a full scan with Lavasoft's Adaware and it still didn't remove that one bug, It's probably a virus. I even tried deleting that key and it showed back after a restart.

When I do a virus scan It takes up to 3 or 4 hours, I really don't have that patience So does anyone know exactly what's making this start up over and over again? I've cleaned temporary files, searched through hidden files and folders, nothing came through. Is it just some sort of file I could delete myself? this is really frustrating for me because I play WoW which requires 1gig of ram and I only have 512. So every bit of ram is very useful in Shattrath. lol.

So any clue at all guys? any help is very appreciated..
