Active Window Problems

    Recently, I have been having problems with the active window what I have open. I can take this as an example, as I'm writing this, the window goes into the background and I have to click on it to continue writing, or working on whatever window I was working on. It gets annoying after a while.

    I have ran Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware, AG Virus scan and nothing comes up. Even Windows Defender comes out clean.

    Does anyone know what the problem might be?
