Activesync problem with Palm Treo 650 and Exchange:all messages getting marked read

Got a new Treo 650 phone here in the office. Finally got it up and running. Only problem now is when the phone does its "push" thru verizon, all of the unread messages get marked read. Tech here spent a couple of hours on the phone with Verizon's phone support and they basically ended up saying its an option in exchange that needs to be set but couldn't tell us where the option is and we have been unable to find it so far.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

As I've watched your post for almost 2 hrs. and seen no response, I thought that I would reply although it isn't in reference to help! Glad to see that you are over the FLU! Members in the "Lounge" are wondering if you have the "shorts"!
