activeX problem - spyware?

hi all, i originally posted this question on software but was told it is spyware, i have this activeX control ( {31564D57-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71} ) in my downloaded program files and i would like to know what it is, i have w2kpro sp4, 3.06 proc and 512 mem, i have ad-aware pro, spybotsd, spywareblaster,zone alarm, defender and avg pro also hjt and x-raypc, i am competent with these but none of them pick anything up, i just came across it by chance, any info would be usefull, ta
