Has anyone had any trouble with the 2007 upgrade?

You'd be better off asking in the software forum. Also be as specific as possible. Did you get the download from major geeks? What probs are you having? etc.

Hi Laura,

I downloaded the program yesterday and today from Major Geeks.

I do not think this is a Vista program that has trouble running on Windows XP.

The problem is that I get an error message when updating the program. It tells me that I should obtain a web update, and that's what I am doing when the error message occurs.

It's like running around in circles.

Thanks for any suggestions or help.

It has known issues with Vista, they wanted to release it and Vista support is coming. If you have Vista, use the older release.

You can try manually updating:

I have had no trouble with it. (I'm using XP) Have you set it for auto-update? Is your firewall set to allow it to reach the Lava-Soft site?
As already said twice, it is best to post probs in the right forum because you will get quicker answers and more people will get to learn from your probs and fixes.
