    Everytime I got go to legitimate sites such msnbs.com or cbsportsline .com I get a warning that says site is trying to divert me too m1.2mdn.net. I assume that these are not malicious sites. It always starts with this ad.doubleclick.net crap. So,how do I stop it? It eats up time and is very annoying.

    Please go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. It does sound like malware.
