ad.flashtrack.net pop ups! help!

I have run spybot and adaware.

I'm getting popups every 2 minutes or so. I caught the address of one--ad.flashtrack.net. I have no idea how I got them but normal spyware removal isn't working. I have downloaded hijack this and run the log (although I won't post it until asked). The pop ups are for something called "shark" and "click to join here" very very very annoying! Please help! I'm computer savvy but not too much so, so simple language please!Thank you.

READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

After doing ALL of the steps in the READ ME procede to the following:

• Download HijackThis 1.99.1

• Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

• Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the ZIP file.

• Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

• Run HijackThis and save your log file.

• Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next post. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).
