Ad on MG

My inflatable kayak blew a chamber on the weekend. I had it on the shore in the hot sun, I know better (idiot). I've been pricing new boats online the last couple of nights, and the kayak I'm most interested in right now is made by Sea Eagle.
I log in to MG tonight and the first thing I see on the forum's topics page is a Sea Eagle ad.
Is that a targeted ad or just a coincidence?
For the record I have no issues with advertising, and I will hit the ads that interest me.
