ad.yieldmanager.com, did read and run last night now what?

    FYI- Don't know a lot about PCs. I've had it for two months, it's completely infested. Last night, went through the step of the READ AND RUN ME FIRST. Thought I had it taken care of. Today, went to Yahoo, clicked to read new Brittany news, redirected to No Internet Connection, address was ad.yieldmanager.com-----How do I get rid of this? I blocked it in Tools but, I'm still being redirected to a No Connection page! Also, is there a way to completely get rid of everything, the way I bought it, it's a Gateway if it matters? :confused
