Adaware_memwatcher problem

All i can explain at this moment is House call locks up before i can complete. Showing me ADAWARE_MEMWATCHER detected along with multiple other files registries that it cant identify or do anything about.
What is it doing to my computer: speakers dont work(they could be old) start bar is loaded (i guess) but will not come up when i go over it, it moves up like an eighth of an inch. cant see systray not even the top of the start button. Will not let me copy and past, will not let me move or drag icons/files.

I have tried rebooting in safe mode w/ networking and just runs
multi(0)disk bla bla
multi(0)disk/driver bla bla and just sits there, with all those things it tried to run, and doesnt do anything about that.
Will not let me turn system restore off, says system restore encountered an error trying to enable/disable one or more drives. please restart try again. did it, failed. same error. I only have two drives C: & E:
If i remove the virus via spybot it shows a path WINDOWS/system32/drivers/core.cache.dsk
when i try to remove this, mulitple DOS windows pop up and go away, guessing its reinstalling itself. IE will not work as well just briefly appears and goes away
Please let me know if i can provide any more details, logs, etc. for im a newb at comps and i will need detailed instructions on how to remove.

also i have multiple rundll32 processes run and disappear in my processes window upon logging on.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Notes:

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

I download the sun java update. windows installer error says i cannot install cause im running in safe mode (which im not...and cant) or windows installer is not correctly installed. im sure it was before this malware incedent. should i skip this step? reinst windows installer (i do not know how) if so.
