Adblock Download Error

Hi, wondering if you would be able to help a friend who's having trouble with downloading the updated version of a FireFox Addon called, "AdBlock Plus" 1.0.1.

This is a quote from his e-mail of the error that he gets when he downloads the updated version...

"firefox could not install the file at (file # etc.) because: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption) - 261.
Same results when I tried to download the older version 1.0"

this may be a silly question but is he using the latest version of Firefox?

This error message may be caused when you have Firefox set not to allow third-party cookies. To prevent this error, you need to temporarily enable third-party cookies.

1. At the top of the Firefox windowOn the menu bar, click on the ToolsFirefoxEdit menu, and select Options...Preferences....
2. Select the Privacy panel.
3. Check mark Accept third-party cookies
