   Hi all.
   I'm new to Win XP2 SP2.
   When I go to Control Panel "Add/Remove Programs", the opening screen is "sort by name" and only programs starting with the letter "A" are shown. If I change the sort criteria to "Frequency of use" it shows all the programs.
   Just wondering why.
