add/remove programs

when i try to uninstall some programs i get this message "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package fir example "AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi."

When I click OK I get this message "the path 'C:\DOCUME`1\USER\LOCALs`1\Temp\IXP601.TMP\AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi cannot be found. There is more to the error message, but this is the general jist of it. I receive this message on several programs I try to uninstall. I took some printscreen shots I will try to attach. This problem is really driving me crazy. Hope someone can help. Thanks

one question Which add/remove program are using since there a lot of programs that can do that part???
