Add/Remove will not work

I have been referred over from thread:193183 in Software.I am unable to run Add/Remove in Control Panel since i did a good maintainance and cleaning on my sister's computer: Win 2000Pro Servicepack 4, IE 6.0, Ram:589KBs, AntiVirus Scanner:AVG 8.5 Free, Spybot S+D. SuperSpyware, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, CCleaner-Slim Version, HijackThis. I have included 3 logs here and rem. in next message.Probs.on running programs. MBAM stopped and froze at C:windows\$ntuninstallkb913580$comsvc$.dll\. I restarted and all went well.ComboFix deleted a fileC:\WINDOWS\system32\msconfig.exe. This is a file that I downloaded from somewhere as there is no Msconfiguration Utility in Win 2000. I like to keep my eye on resources in StartUp. ComboFix deleted

 

RootRepeal when opened gave this error:RootRepeal Crash Report: Exception Code 0xc0000094, Exception Address:0x004f3399. I used #7Z to Unzip but it did not seeme to work properly and when I opened RootRepeal it looked as a file does when opened with the wrong program. There is no Unzip on this Computer so I just downloaded this free one.MGTools error: error key:S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Policies\System does not exhist. InvalidCommand.com. Cannot load COMMAND, system halted. So I have done HijackThis scan and re named it Analyse for security purposes. Hope this is not too long but I am trying my best. Boneyeye
