Adding A Solved Option To Threads

I have been on many web help sites and i use them when i have the time.

The two sites i now use are Majorgeeks and Tomshardware

On toms hard ware they have a icon on the thread option and it will say it's solved.It will turn green when it is solved as well.

Would this be too hard of an option to add to the site.

I think this would be a great option to add to the site so that people would know that it is solved and not bring up a 5 year old thread.

 

I just read on the main site that the program of got an update.

Not to long ago,But i understand for security no big deal i just figure this would be a great add.
