I know there is another posting about this, but I apparantly have gotten this too. I tried to follow the instructions posted for the last person who asked about it, but I don't have any of the same files that were mentioned. Can anyone help? I'll attatch a logfile from hijackthis, if you need more info, please let me know!

Yes, you have a number of things wrong! We don't rely completely on HijackThis, because it doesn't show all the information that we need. Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. You will most likely find some relief from this problem just by working on these steps. When you're finished, we'll look at the logs and see what still needs to be done. If you find you are unable to complete one thing, continue on with the next.
