Admin Badge Overlay on Icons?

    I just recently got a new laptop, and it's running Vista. I got the shortcut overlay icons out of the way, and now I've got my sights on the little UAC admin badge.

    This one I don't want to remove. Instead, I want to find a way of changing it. Can anybody help me out here? Thanks.
