I would like to ask for some advice please.

    System configuration as follows:

    Product Name: GA-970A-DS3P (1.0)
    BIOS Ver: F1
    Serial No: SN131740039795
    Purchase Dealer: bigpockets.co.uk
    Model: AMD FX(TM)-6350 SIX
    Operation System: Win 7 64-bit
    Size: 500Gb x 2
    Power Supply: 165
    CPU Part No.: 600f20h
    Memory Part No.: Deskstar RE3MXD5A

PC which requires admin password reset. However, all usual boot cd's and workarounds prove unsuccessful as PC is configured for Raid0.

    See two options :

    1) Purchase Raid 0 compatible password reset s/w e.g. Vodusoft Windows Password Reset (prohibitively expensive)
    2) Delete Raid, remove both harddisks and install in a working Win7 chassis, format both harddisks and install Win 7 on one. Reinstall back to original chassis.

Are these the only options available ?
Is there perhaps some free s/w which is Raid0 compatible that my research has so far not found ?
Is option 2 viable, are there any standard pitfalls to avoid moving away from a Raid0 configuration to a more standard harddisk setup ?

Any advise/help/support would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Since you don't take PMs, I hope this thread does not get locked.
    NT offline password
or hash it out with ophcrack.sourceforge.net/
    or lophtcrack
    or cain and abel
or konboot will just bypass the password for a boot.
try 1) NT offline is good, 2) ophcrack & 3) konboot I have used them all.
#3 will let you in, but will not fix the password issue.

The other disks can mount the RAID and you can edit the registry and edit the SAM file? or it is not getting that far?
