Admin Password Reset?

Hey all,
I have an Acer Aspire Z1-621 All in One here that needs to be reset to factory settings. I logged on with the only account available-- Guest, went to run the Acer recovery suite ( can't remember the correct name for it) it told me only accounts with administrative access can open it. Went to open command prompt to give the account I'm logged into Admin rights. When I go to open command prompt as admin it comes up with the UAC and it asks me to input the admin password, which no one seems to know that there was an admin account set-up that had a custom password.

Any suggestions for getting around that UAC, or resetting that Admin password? Everything I've found so far has me going into the Admin command prompt to reset the password.
It's an all-in-One that does not have a CD drive.

Can it boot from USB?

Windows has at least 1 Administrator account.

I did one of these all in ones, for my granddaughter a few weeks ago, and I think this was how I accidently found it.
It bypasses the password, as she could not remember hers.

I know ALT +L10 at start up does give you a factory restore on many Acers.

Yes, I know they do. But, when I went to log into the system the only account that was listed was the "Guest" account. Then upon finding the Administrator account it had a password that no one knew.
